Question about a power wiseII charger
I got a powerwiseII charger giving to me and I put a club car plug on it, a 2 prong claw. I put the little red wire onto the bigger black wire on one prong and white wire on the other prong from the charger cord. My batteries was dead on my 1980 cc ds 36 volt. So, I charged two of the batteries with a car charger, and got 24 volts. Plugged the battery charger to the cart and waited for it to turn on but, it didn't. I tested the charger out before I changed the plug. Does anyone have any answers?

Re: Question about a power wiseII charger
I'm not familiar with Powerwise chargers, but I do know you will have to charge all your batteries ( 2 at a time ) before the cart charger will turn on. if I'm not mistaken it requires 28V or so to engage the relay.

Re: Question about a power wiseII charger
Thanks...I m on my last set now. I only had 24 volts before I started charging the last set. I just wanted to get enough volts to engage the charger. But, I will finish the charge and go from there. Thanks for the info.
