She has a few battle scars
I need opinions here! I my 95CC DS looks great on the outside but structurally she is pretty beat up. I've notice several cracked welds and even a few hairline cracks in the main supports of the chasis. Do I find someone who can put this up on a lift and start tacking supports and fixing welds or do I look for another frame and just tranfer everything from my cart to the new frame? She popps something fierce during any offroading...I don't think anything will just snap but it's not getting any better. What do ya think?

Re: She has a few battle scars
Back when I built mine I had several cracks. Fixing the cracks will do just fine. One thing I would suggest though, find someone who has a TIG machine that can weld aluminum. They will be able to weld it much better than using a spool gun with aluminum welding wire.
