Default voltage converter

can you give me a wiring diagram for a converter to my club car 99 model electric

Basically the converter is a 16-12v converter. Power for 12v accessories is taken from the 2 batteries under the driver seat. The negative is taken from the main negative on battery #1 and the the 16v positive is taken from battery #2 then run thru a long silver & black reducer mounted on the frame rail where it comes out as a 12v positive.
