even though they are new batteries have you tested and load tested them? thats 1st thing than get a wiring diagram up in the stickies make sure all are cabled right...........................even a new battery can be bad and that wouldn,t be the 1st time for it but when they jerk like that almost always has something to do with batteries................................

Have tested. Voltage is steady at A1 and A2 when jerking. Can set controller at 75% speed and it does not jerk.

Low is 47.1 and high is 57.1. This cart has done this since I bought it 2 years ago. Did it with the stock controller set up,old batteries and cables. I have eliminated the f and R switch and the tow switch. The v glide checks out good and is nice and smooth.Cannot find any bad wires.Does not do it in reverse at 50% or at 100%.Think it could be OBC? I have talked to the head engineer at Nivel and he has had me check everything and he does not know what it is. It does not do it every time.

have never heard of a cart acting this way with a bad OBC but one thing i have learned is never take anything for granted when it comes to a cart...........at this point you might want to wait for david he may have an answer .....................................

Humor me. Change the settings to 36v Low and 64v High and see if it changes. If not, you can easily set it back to 47.1/57.1 .
