Brakes 2006 Precedent

The cart is lifted with big tires. The yellow one in the picture. I run the cart in a hilly environment and the brakes tighten up to the point you could not push the cart. I backed off the brakes at the brake adjustment in the rear drum. The cart rolls free. Will I need to adjust this periodically?

Change out the Driver Side brake cable, (left side,) with a Passenger Side brake cable, (right side,) it's longer and can handle the shortness caused by the lift. You'll have no more problems!!!
