These are brand spankin new. I suspect a few had a longer shelf life than the others.

The on charge voltage in a charged state are 9.86 for the low and 10.34 for the high. Gravity is 1.240 to 1.270

What brand are they? Did you check the date of manufacture for each battery? Brand new batts (as you know) should hold the same exact voltage. Did you break them in properly?

They are Deka GC8V. I neglected to check for the mfg. date when i picked them up. I still havent checked but i have gotten them pretty close through an equalizing process. I went through the timely process of plugging the charger back up repeatedly for a couple hours each time after it shut off. The charger stays on at approx. 4 amps for about 12 minutes then shuts off so i waited 20 seconds for the OBC to accept them again and plugged it back in each time for a couple hours straight while in the basement doing other things.

The gravity eventually quit rising and after adjusting the gravity in few cells, they are all at 1.300 spg and the on charge voltage became much more consistant as well as the open voltage. Open voltage is roughly .08 between all batteries now. I plan to do a few consecutive shallow discharge/charges and recheck the gravity and voltage but i think they are on track now. This dealer is a high volume dealer so i suppose thats why i didnt look at the date, idk. A hand full of cycles and they should be good to go.
