If the battery pack does not reach the charge voltage 53v (or whatever charge voltage is set) will the obc turn off the charger at the 16hr shutoff time or will the charger keep charging indefinitely?

there is nothing inside the charger to tell itself to turn off. its the obc's job to do that. according to my club car sheet, if your car has over 56 volts and less than 5 amps on the meter, your car is fully charged.

Is that 56v with charger connected or remove charger then test for 56v?
