charger problems with breaker tripping
First of all, hello. I am a rookie cart owner. I have had the 2000 club car for about a year and am expeiencing my first trouble. My charger, when I plug it into the cart, is not coming on. It makes a buzzing sound for just a second and then the 15amp breaker trips on the front. What's the deal.

You need a new diode board, and a circuit breaker just incase. What is happening is the diode has failed, and it causes the breaker to trip.
This usually weakens the circuit breaker. |

phasetim, I have a similar problem but it does stay on for a while before tripping. I have created a full post and thread i would like you to look at. the thread is "Charger circuit breaker flips after a minute or two of charging". thanks in advance!
