Default 97 ds not charging/intermitant

Hi all,new to BGW and new to carts.I have a 97 ds 48 volt cart. Was having a NO charge issue with old batterys. Just in stalled a new set of trojan 875's.When I finished installing the batteries I pluged the charger in and it worked. rode the cart for 10 or 15 min. and now I can not get it to charge??I have 48 volts across the pack but only read 36 volts at the charge receptical....so i am thinking the low voltage reading is whats keeping it from charging. Anyone have any ideas why i would only have 36 volts at the receptical? thanks Tom

double check and tighten all your cables cause that dosn,t make much sense as the F&R dosn,t have anything to do with charging......i would check and tighten all cables and keep an eye on it and see if it happens again........................

i would closely check the fuse on the back of the charge receptacle. its a POS and has been known to crack and cause intermittent charge issues.
