Default what year model batteries

I recently bought an electric club car and am not sure what year batteries I have. They are US Batteries US 2000. They have 9DY stamped on the top of one post and 2 stamped on the other one. Can anyone help?

Oops . . . on US Battery check positive terminal for date code . . should read a number from 1 to zero, followed by a letter A thru L . . . number is year, letter is month, ie A=Jan, B=Feb, etc . . . there is/may be a second letter under the date code . . . not sure what that represents . . . I have an X under my code 0E (May 2010) . . . your 9D represents April 2009 . . .
