Default Speedylink

I have a 2011 Club car Villager LSV 2x2. I'am looking to increase speed. I'am getting about 22mph. I came across a website: http://www.digitaloverdrivesystems.com/
They sell a device call Speedylink. It attaches to the controller and motor and says it will increase speed up to 5mph. Have anyone seen or used the device.????.....
