Default Unknown plugs on 04 Precedent

Does anyone out there know what the two plugs attached are for? The white plug was on the passenger side under the plastic piece the key switch/battery indicator/cup holders are on. The little black one is on that same piece, but at the bottom of it. Just wondering what they are for as im sure someone out there knows.....

Also, any tips/tricks/ways to take off the plastic piece I mentioned above that has the key switch/battery light/cupholders...???

Thanks

The big one you are holding is for the factory light harness. Get the right light kit and plug her in! The other I think is for the CC hand held programmer but I can't really tell where it is from the pic.

The little black one pictured is located under the plastic piece the key switch is on...the accel pedal pretty much points straight up to it if that makes sense...?

You are correct the little black one is for the CC programmer.

In order to get the plastic piece the key switch is on removed do you need to take off the plastic piece above the steering column, or what's the easiest way?
