Okay this is just my opinion but yes it's worth 550 even if you have to put batteries in it as long as a cart is not a piece of junk and it has a charger right? If that's the case then yes again this is just my opinion............................

You guys seem to be the brainiacs of Golf Carts, what Lift should I buy for my Cart to start my Hunting-driven Makeover? I was thinking a jakes 6" Spindle Lift Kit? How about the swamp fox tires? Are they the best tread for what I'm going to be using my cart for? Is there a lift/wheel/tire combo anyone can recommend? I'm thinking I may just purchase a lift first and see what I think of my power and go from there..... Some of my hunting farms are pretty flat but I don't want to be under power for my hilly farms either......

I have thought about this a lot. Im thinking of keeping and sinking the bucks into my newly aquired 93 36V to convert and run it on 48.

I'd like to spend no more than 700-800 on my Lift/wheels/tires

You are headed for a disappointment.
I would rather have $700-$800 in electronic upgrades and $300 in wheels than be all dressed up with no go
The stock golf cart drive system is designed for a cart path in a country club setting.
Anything else we ask them to do is above and beyond what the engineers designed them to do ...... the engineers did not over design the drive system by as much as you wish.
