My Charger comes with whatever plug you need to connect to your cart... what have you got? Crows Foot type ( / \ )?

Your controller may, or may not need replaced to go to 48v. plate data and/or pics of controller

You are saying to run a 48v motor on 36v? That goes against what most everybody is saying. Are you sure about this? What kind of performance increases are you getting?

you will not get any performance upgrades ,but a 48 volt motor will run on a 36 volt cart

I did this accidentally once on a Club Car and actually had a decrease in performance.

That's what I'm using in my cart right now. It was originally 48V, but I'm running 36V and using a 36V controller temporarily until I can afford a 48V one. Both the motor and solenoid are 48V and work fine! It just doesn't have the pull it used to!

I understand that you can use 36 V on 48 V but I have always been told never use 48 V on 36 V. There is no benefit and it's just a bad idea.....................
