Default My car is mechanically complete!

My carts mechanicals are complete! This includes:

new brake shoes
new shocks at all 4 corners
New wheel bearings
New Tie rod ends
new Rack bellows
Greased up the front end at tie rods, and rack and pinion and spindles
new solenoid
New F&R (thanks ScottyB!)
New V Glide

I am now ready for a new blue body, which I am going to order next week!

Hey man thats awesome! I'm looking at doing some of this as well. I think I have some very slight rubbing from the brakes. My front end needs bushings at minimum and Im curious if this stuff tightened up steering or handling on the front end?

You have any plans to put on a lift?

Would love seeing some pics when you replace the body.

Are you using a stock body?

Just curious - can't you just prep and paint the current body panels? I've seen new body panel sets go for $499 (plus a hefty shipping fee) on Ebay, but a respray could probably be done for the same cost, or much less if you have the skills to do it yourself.

No, its a 93 and the body is too beat up. I'm getting one from Brads for $400 plus $70 S&H

No lift. I'm just gonna drive it to the pool and back in the summer.
