I would like to see that motor on a 500amp controller... and possibly on 48v? Check with the manufacture or your supplier before applying 48v. 64 minutes is not good. 110 minutes is good. A big motor like that will knock the crap out of an old set of batteries because it draws so much more amperage and your batteries are operating at 60% capacity...

it is a 48v motor and cart has 6-8v batteries. batteries are 2010 intersate, when the guy brought it to me the water level's were pretty low, but all of them load test just a little over 7volts.

it has a 6in lift with only 20in tires top speed right now is 8/9 mph on flat ground. is there any thing else it could possibly be other than batteries. Im not to fimiliar with these carts, mostly deal with precedents

Correct... that would give you around 65% charge from your batteries. Can you get them back to full? 8.49?
