What is a curtis 1-187-070

Hopeing someone can tell me what I have .. Its a curtis 1-187-070 out of a walkie hand truck it says its 24-36 volt and 400 amp. I tryed to test it and with the blinking lts I found it doesnt like 36 v (overvoltage) It was in a 24 volt truck that said I need to reprogram it , What level of software do i need
Does some one offer the reprogram service ? I would rather do it myself,the posted link to the software is "broken" where else can I get it ?

sounds like a 24 to 36 volt controller that is programmed for 24 volts.....you should be able to have it re-programmed.....someone else will know more about it.................................
