car sticking
I have a 86 club car that sticks in gear. You can shut the key off and it will stop some time. I appears to do it worse when the batteries are weak. I also have noticed that when you charge it that 3 batteries sound like they are boiling. 1st question is how do I determin which sioloid is sticking? 2nd question is do I have a battery going bad when it sound like it is boiling?

Re: car sticking
its your furthest left solenoid thats the master.......as for batteries just fill with distilled water charge and let sit 8 hours than check voltage with a digital voltage meter and then load test each one....noise dosn,t mean much lots of batteries spit and fart when being charged..........wouldn,t you with some voltage rammed up your rear.............lolol....................

Re: car sticking
mine is on the right then. I'm looking at the wiring diagram and It shows a white wire on the motor side of the silinoid and then 2 white wires on the last one. I had a problem with the cart running full speed with the key on and off and found it to be the switch. I replaced the 5 silinoids and the wire going to the motor as they were melted. I can ride it for ~30 min and then it will hang. Do you think the problem will work out or do I need to replace it again
