Question MJLK question for Precedent brake lights

I have a 2008 Precedent with a Madjax light kit and there bucket harness installed on my cart. There is a ultimate light kit upgrade you can buy that gives you a horn, turn signals and brake lights. I only want brake lights on my cart and don't want to buy that kit.
Wiring schematics here
Installation instructions here
So looking at the MJLK 1000 wiring diagram can I add a 48VDC relay to the MJLK harness like they do in the instructions for ULK upgrade and that should give me 12V at the red wire by the brake pedal when the start key is on?
Then add a pressure activated switch like this one with a 15A inline fuse to the brake pedal wich should give me 12V to the brown/white wire on 6 prong connector for the ULK. At this point I think I need connect that brown/white wire to the white and yellow rear turn signal wires and that should give me brake lights when the pedal is pressed?
I know its alot to ask for people to look at all this and make sense of what I'm talking about but I figure someone might of done it already and I`m not quite sure what relay and amp fuse to use.

isn,t there a wire on the cart already to give you 12 volts? a blue wire coming off the wiring harness?? if so can you just tap into that for your 12 volts?............................

Yea there is a blue wire that has +12V its next to 3 more wires, gr/w wire that turns into red for the brake switch. I could jumper the blue to this and have +12V all the time or use a relay switch with the gr/w , bl/w (+48v) , orange (-48v) and have +12V when the keys are in run position. I want to use a relay at that spot I'm just not sure what type to use. I'm guessing a 48vdc single pole throw switch.

If you look at the directions for installing the ULK upgrade I want to install a relay like that but use a different brake pedal switch with a inline fuse added (15amp ?) And then where they would plug in the 9 pin connector I would have to connect the br/w wire to the white and yellow rear turn signal wires Wich should give me brake lights.

Scooter you've got it down to a science buddy. Install the 48V relay, Connect the three wires you were talking about (Brown, Yellow, and White) and your wires under the floormat should work perfectly.

Should there be a fuse down by the switch for the break pedal? I don't think these tail lights draw alot of amps since there LED.

Generally yes. The factory brake light switch uses a 1/2 amp fuse. It's all according to what switch you use.
