Default Club Car charger question

I have a CC Power Drive charger #22110. It works fine but even when turned off at the end of the charging cycle it remains warm. Not as warm as when it is charging but after it being off for 10 or 12 hours you can still touch the case and feel a bit of heat. Is this normal?

Try unplugging it to eliminate the possibility of a stuck relay switch. Unplug both cords. See if this makes a difference. If not, blame it on the SoCal Desert heat

I did unplug the charger from the outlet and that worked. It does get hot in SoCal, 83 degrees yesterday, but not that hot....at least not in my golf cart garage where the cart is kept.

Sounds like its staying on. Just because the ammeter is on zero doesn't mean it's off. Unplug it from the cart and see if it clicks off or stays running. You'll have to listen closely for the hum at such a low amperage. If it stays on, bad relay. If it turns off, bad OBC
