went to the campground this weekend and read the name plate on the chargers... (many).

The power inputs are 120volts at 9 or 9.5 amps. ( 120 x 9= 1080 watts per hour)

we have be assuming ( or i have ) that these chargers are only 200 or 300 watts......NOT THE CASE...

so at even the cheap texas rates of 13 cents per KW ( 11 cents plus tax)

1080 watts x 14 hours=15,120 watts or 15.12kw

15.12kw x $0.13 = $1.96 per charge (or $0.14 cents per hour)

this is about 4 times higher than what everyone is saying
