I've still got a list of things to add/change on the cart but overall it was worth every minute going over my entire cart and replacing every wire and upgrading all my components. 48volts is killer btw!!!!!!

Keep checking back for more upgrades!!!!!!!!

Forgot to add that I rewrapped the seats in black vinyl and painted the backs to match with the same krylon fusion for plastic. Works great!

IN post #46 you can move the linkage ball and socket to the driver's side of the Bell crank arm and gain 1 inch clearance on that battery there in the middle of the cart.

The cart came out looking really good!

LONG TIME NO UPDATES! Anyways, I need advice on a good 6'' A Arm FRONT end lift kit for my cart. I'm going to upgrade from the spindles - this comes after my friend ROLLED MY CART last night on a muddy hill. Pictures to follow. Either way, what do you recommend????

Long time, no updates. So, to make a long story short, after a cart roll-over and a total front end loss, I put on a Jakes double A arm lift kit. Here are the pics of it finished. Again, lift #2 from jakes and I am not real impressed with the directions, OR the parts overall. The spindles had paint inside the threads for the heim joints from when they were powder coated without any bolts in the thread holes - Thus, the heim joints WOULD NOT go in for the life of me. Had to take utility knife and scrape paint out and then wd40 the crap out of everything. Not a fun process. Anyways, just my .02 Hardware was also missing AGAIN.

Default 93 CC DS Solid State/Hunting Buggy Conversion

So I bought a high torque motor from D&D. You've seen my setup now, I'm only concerned with torque - is this the best option I could have chosen? Everyone talks about plumb quick but seems like I remember calling them and hearing they had nothing for my 93DS. is there something better out there? I want bigger tires and I also wondered about going to 700 amps. Possible? Scottyb chime in!:-) it's a model 170-004-0002A 10.2HP
