I'm estimating about $5100 at completion.....includes $1800 paid for 2006 series cart with good batteries... am doing the usual things...head/tail lights, whls/tires/lift kit, seat covers, rear seat, radio/cd player, custom steering wheel, new windshield, brush guard, etc. I am also having professional paint work done, and building a complete 12 volt accessory wire harness using a converter and fuse panel. Just getting started now, and have already found plenty of good info here.

Hmmm , prob wont be as high as some cause most of the parts I made myself from material I already had laying around. Plus I got my paint supplies for free and painted it in a friends booth for free.
All guessing off the top of my head
Approx 300-350 in lighting and wiring supplies.
Approx 150 in stainless allen headed bolts
Approx 700 batteries
Approx 700 controller
Approx. 100 solenoid
Approx 650 motor
Wheels and tires 830
Allsport long travel 800 ish
Monroe airshocks 65

Stuff that would have cost. Paint at least a grand prob more.. Custom 1/8 inch Thick aluminum dash 500. custom bumpers 3-400 . rocker panels a couple hundred after being truckbed lined. Custom access panel 150. 1/8 inch aluminum kick panel 150 installation of long travel ???

A little over four grand in the EZ-GO and under $800 in the club car. It will not stop there I'm guessing.
