It sounds like she is ready! You need the P/N or S/N off of the old one to make sure you get a match...

From Alltrax site:

Trouble Shooting:
Error code display:# of RED blinks indicates any error conditions that might
exist:

1 Red = Throttle Position Sensor Over Range. Check for open wires.
2 Red = Under Temperature. Controller below -25C
3 Red = HPD. Throttle hasn't gone to zero during this power on cycle.
4 Red = Over Temperature. Controller over 95C
5 Red = Not used
6 Red = Battery Under Voltage detected. Battery V < under voltage slider
7 Red = Battery Over Voltage detected. Battery V > over voltage slider

Is it blinking when the charger is plugged in? My charger throws out ~60 volts when connected and charging. If I unplug the charger the trouble code goes away. Also, if your controller is programmable, check the program to see what the voltage overload setting is.

The NPX controllers were inexpensive preset replacement controllers. Alltrax discontinued them because too many consumers put them in modified carts and that resulted in a high failure rate.

Check your controller and verify it is rated for 48v, if yes the standard over voltage setting should be 60v. Disconnect the battery mains and reconnect. Verify pack voltage is between 48 and 52 volts and re-test.
