Exclamation 02 club car won't charge

i have a 2002 club car regen, and back in the fall i parked it in a heated garage with a full charge. today i went to move it, and its as dead as can be. i checked the battery cables first and found them pretty crusty. one of them actually broke off. i replaced all of the cables, and plugged in the charger. nothing happens. the charger is ok, i used it on my precedent and it worked fine. checked all of the water in the batteries, its all ok. i have no idea where to look or what to check. any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check pack voltage . . . it may be too low to initiate the charger cycle . .

I had exactly the same issue 2 days ago. I did a search and found the answers. I charged each battery for about 30 minutes at 12V without disconnecting any wires. Mine were really dead. You need to keep an eye on them and check the voltage with a meter. Mine are 8V. As soon as I did that my charger kicked in! Another thread told me to condition them by getting a full charge 16 hrs with mine running them down to about 50% and then another 16hr charge. Use the search and you can get answers to all your questions! Good luck!
