Yep . . when I got my rear seat kit from them, I posted a review on their site and complained about the terrible install instructions that came in the box. They have since rewrote in instructions and placed a pdf online with great pictures that eases the install.

I went with trademark for my rear seat, lift and wheels and tires. Everything came real quick, had no damage and the seat was so easy to install I didn't even notice how crappy the instructions were. I was very pleased.

I am happy with the windshield I got from them and the seat is good too, except for the folding part. Got an e-mail from them today, they are contacting the manufacturer to try to get a replacement part.

well, I guess I'm still going with my original post, since it's been more than a month, and all I have gotten was an e-mail saying they would see what they can do with the manufacturer. I guess I should have spent a few more bucks elsewhere to get a better built product.
