Is it normal to get blistering hot?
Why does that happen. The charger that came with it nearly melted it seems. The charger that came with it was Power Drive2...shows an 06 model?????I tried a PowerDrive 3 an it got hot as H^ll, Looking for a manual to try an fix a couple of Power Drive chargers. |

A local dealer should be able to hook you up with a manual. The PowerDrive2 gets hot, but nowhere near as hot as the PowerDrive3. There's actually a bulletin from Club Car about the PowerDrive3 temperature. They claim it's perfectly normal and that as long as it has proper ventilation it's not an issue.
