Does the cart still run? And what charger did you get? Did it come with any wire?

We need much more info to of specific help.
Generally speaking just connect the DC output to your cart. Charge and go.
Provided you have solenoid activation re-established.

I bought the cart not running, removed all wiring related to charging port and obc.Installed Schaurer 48 volt charger wired directly to main + &-.Ran new wire from controler b- to solonoid as directed to by i believe you scottyb,to post yellow wire come off from.Turned key on and got a dull pop noise like a terminal was loose and arcing and that was it.It has or had before this try,a new alltrax 500amp controler,hd solonoid 4 gauge wires through out new trojans etc.

The old OBC did control the solenoid activation circuit's negative side. That's why you had to replace it.
You should have gotten wiring instruction with the Alltrax? It does not sound like you had the controller connected properly... Popping and arcing are bad signs.

What diagram are you using?

I wired the controler using the Alltrax directions and started to check the whole cart wiring using a CC series diagram.Remember, the cart wasn't running when purchased.
