WheelsCA Brake problem - Scotty or anyone else
The rear hydraulic brakes on my buddies Club Car were working just fine with zero issues, then all of a sudden, they just go away, pedal goes to the floor, no pressure... no drips, no leaks, system has fluid... The way it looks to me is the master cyclinder has a problem, but they guys at WheelsCA says they've never had one fail, and thinks there is a bubble in the master cyclinder, I am skeptical of this, as the system is completely sealed and has plenty of fluid that has never been low. Anyone else have this problem or offer any suggestions?

You could always bleed the brakes to rule out the bubble

I've never heard that complaint but, there is a first time for everything...
One design fault is the reservoir pulls fluid from the bottom so if a grain of sand gets in there it's going to go to the MC. But our test carts are 3+ yrs running without a problem. |

Well to my very much surprise...
 There was indeed a bubble in the master cylinder. We bled the brakes very well and everything is working great. |
