Default suspension problem- help needed

I have a 99 Club Car DS with 22x11-8 tires, I bought it 2-3 years ago. I bought a front bushing kit a year or so ago and installed it, but the tires keep leaning in, right side is worse. I'm thinking maybe I need a heavy front spring with more than one shackle? Or maybe something else to fix this issue. The shocks look fine and seem to extend equal amounts so I don't think that is the major issue. I use it around my yard quite a bit, and it is hilly/bumpy in many areas so I need a good suspension. Of course it is hard to steer now. Look at the pics and tell me what recommendations for parts I would need. Thanks

I have no idea. I bought it that way, with the kit and tires on it. It was not leaning like that when I got it, but I need to find out what to do to fix it

Is the control arm on the right (as you sit in the cart) side? I dont see it. Do you see the control arm? Something looks twisted on that right side........

If you jack up the front end, are the wheels "flopping in the breeze"?

The upper stud on the spindle looks loose and bent.i dont think there should be that much space between the spindle and the upper mount. maybe the nut came loose and ovaled out the shock mount

If there is no breeze, just blow on them. Flopping means a real problem
