MCOR problem

The cart was not running at all. After testing everything which was suggested, I have found the problem. I think its w/ the MCOR. When run a ground wire directly to the green wire , which comes out of the MCOR w/ the blue wire, The cart works. Could there be a ground problem or MCOR is not working properly>

I ran into the same problem, ran a jumper to the dark green and the cart runs like normal. Mine is a 2005 Club Car Precedent, What was your fix?

The blue and green wires from the MCOR are attached to a microswitch in the MCOR and as such are both +. If the cart did not work and you jumped these two wires together and the cart went it indicates that the microswitch is faulty. When you say you ran a ground wire, do you mean to the chassis or to battery negative? There should not be any chassis (ground) connections on an electric cart and why it goes when making the connection you described is strange.

Woild like know what you grounded the green wire too
