Default 2002 DS Club Car 48 volt Electric

Installed new Batteries and cables so i didnt see this cart run untill now.this cart runs hits a rough patch of ground and shuts down if you let off the pedal and rehit the pedal it does take off again any thoughts i have checked all plugs and wires to controller and solenoid this cart also allows charger to only stay on for 5 mins and shuts off i checked charger on 2 other carts and it worked fine i checked the charger plug and wires all have same reading as other carts 38 volts at plug which i dont understand why its not 48 the other carts i have had same reading and charged fine thanks for any help cart guru's Woody

start looking for loose/broken/ dirty connections and wires and start testing..............is battery cable running thur OBC as it should? also check voltage of each battery verify voltage...................................

any help on charging issue OBC Replace or does it have anything to do with regulating charger also battery yellow light keeps blinking isnt this telling me batteries are low?? Help thanks woody

if the charger works on other carts than for sure the problem is with the cart......if cables are all connected right and the charge receptical itself is good the only thing there is ......is the OBC ................................
