Battery Rack Corroided
Hello i am new here but ny 1993 golf cart, its battery racks are corroided, not horrible it cant hold any batterys but it will get to that point soon in its life, If anyone has any ideas feel free to post here or pm me alright thank you

Can you bolt in cross braces? Bore holes in the frame where you need support, and bolt in a piece of flat metal to support the batteries?

Careful 'bolting in a support as the bolt heads could wear a hole in the battery case. Use a round carriage bolt head or pop rivet or nothing... sometimes a small piece of aluminum angle metal laid on top of the original support is all that is needed.

You could use countersunk bolts heads and countersink the holes to make the bolt heads below the grade of the frame.
