Default 1992 club car battery problem

I have a 1992 electric club car.I wasn't having any problem with it and then the last time I charged it the battery meter just kept flickering around the empty mark.I checked the voltage on all of the battteries and all were reading 6.6 except for 2 of them which were reading 4.8.I used another charger and just charged those two batteries for about 4 hrs. The battery meter did not change,it was still just flickering around empty, but I took it out for a spin and it seemed to run at full power for about 10 minutes(around 12 mph) and then abruptly slowed to about 6mph and then died completely.Do you think I just need to replace the 2 batteries or do you think there is a problem in the circuit somewhere? Also,do you think the battery meter flickering around empty is a different problem because when I ran it after charging the 2 batteries separately it never moved although the cart seemed to be running at close to full speed. Thanks for your help!

its possible its 2 problems but worry about the batteries 1st........i would load test and check the cells on the 4 good batteries and if questionable buy a complete set ( thats the best thing to do ) than trace wires for meter and make sure they are ok it could be just a loose or bad connection but as for the cart what you decribe is a battery and or cable problem.............................
