Brakes...front and rear...or not?
I'm running about 32mph and only have rear drums. I want to go to disc.brakes. Should I just replace the rear or add to the front and have both?

Re: Brakes...front and rear...or not?
I just went with mech. disc on the rear and hyd. disc on the front but I drive my cart on the streets every day. I should have it done and back on the road by Saturday, I'll let you know how they do.

The 4 wheel hydraulic is the way to go in my opinion. They really stop!!! I love mine and would not want to run that fast with out them. Offtwice has 4 wheel hydraulic also. That's what he means by "right."

I'm interested but have a couple of questions........ On the 4 wheel hydraulic system (CC DS w/Jakes Long Travel) do the supplied spindles replace STOCK spindles, do you have spindles for the Jakes LT or do I have to buy Jake's optional spindles with the mounting bracket? Are the otional 9" rotors the same price as the 7" rotors? Also how much width does this kit add to the front and rear? Thanks in advance! Gary |
