No throttle input definitely sounds like it's in the general area of the MCOR, but usually with an MCOR failure you'll see fluctuation of throttle signal, not just nothing at all. Nothing at all is very strange. Check your connection to your MCOR and make sure the 3-pin plug is tight. You may have to disassemble the plug and check the internal connections in it.

Plugs fine. Nothing loose. is there a way to physically disassemble the MCOR?

Jumped the 2 pin connector and still nothing.

Suggestions?

OK, tested the MCOR and come up with some really odd results.

Multimeter set to 20 volts DC, black probe on #6 negative, red probe on white wire at 3 pin plug. Should read 4.65 volts, reads .01 volts

Black probe on #6 negative, red probe on yellow wire at 3 pin plug. Should read.32 volts with pedal up and 4.65 volts pedal down. Mine reads 4.02 volts with pedal up and 1.23 with pedal down

Disconnected 24pin connector at controller and set meter to 20K ohms
Pedal up and red probe on yellow, black probe on purple/ white. Should be 1K ohm, reads 1.01. Pedal down should read between 5.67 and 7.43 ohms, it reads 7.36

Now put red probe on yellow and black probe on white. Pedal up should read between 5.67 and 7.43, it reads 7.84ohms. Pedal down, resistance should read 1K Ohm, it reads 2.06 Ohms.

Now, does all this mean that the problem is with the MCOR?? I tested the white wire's continuity since it's readings were WAY off. It checks out. Suggestions?

These tests you're referring to are accurate with a Curtis controller. The Alltrax may work totally different from that. Don't know. Never messed with it. However, about the MCOR, no there is not a way to physically take it apart. If your reading no throttle signal, but you have good continuity on the wiring, I'd replace the MCOR

Well, ordered an MCOR using the part number call out that I was sent earlier. Apparently, that part number was for a precedent. The bolt pattern was wrong and the pedal shaft wouldn't slide in. I still hooked up the plugs and tried rotating the mcor to see if it fixed the problem. Answer is a big fat NO! Car still will not run. Suggestions?

Not sure where you got that part number. The DS Parts list included in this post should have given you the right one. 102101101. But either way, it's compatible. It's the same with the exception of the input rod. I'm sorry I can't help you any further with that AllTrax in it. Put the Curtis back in and we'll talk.

I'll hook up the Curtis on Monday. Do you want me to recheck the mcor? What else can I check?

Well. Decided to leave the Alltrax hooked up and called them to help with the troubleshooting. It appears the Alltrax controller may have a bad circuit board/ adapter and they are overnighting one to me. Should hopefully have it fixed tomorrow.

Well, after talking on the phone with Alltrax technical support, there was nothing wrong with the following parts;

Curtis controller
Alltrax controller
MTAC controller

What was screwy was the OBC. For some reason or another, it was not sending pack voltage to the controller (curtis or Alltrax) like it was in a permanent charge mode. Once I cut and spliced the light blue wire coming from the OBC and hooked it up to the positive terminal, everything worked. Yes, I know that I have removed a safety feature from the cart. But after purchasing a $500 controller and then a $150 MTAC, I am spent out and will have to wait to replace the computer. Till then, I am riding.

Thanks for all of the help.
