Default +1 fixed my problem by reading stickys

Just wanted to give a for all the collective knowledge on here. We've got a 95 Club Car out at the campground and put new batteries in 2 weeks ago. I went out and my nephew was complaining about the cart being sluggish and my brother said the breaker kept tripping after 2-3 minutes. My parents were thinking about getting a new charger but I decided to check out a few things here and less than $50 later, the charger is running like a champ. Replaced the heatsink and the breaker.

Big thanks for the $$$$ saved.
