Post Tire off / on CC rims

Who does everyone use to change tires on rims? I could do it myself with large screwdrivers and liquid soap, but I would rather have them mounted and balanced for they are on my LSV. Any past experience would be entertaining...

Thanks,

OC

I use a Coats 220 Motorcycle manual tire changer, but most people don't have one of these in their garage...

You could do a fine job with a decent set of tire spoons, some rim protectors, and a bead breaker. I used one like this until I bought the Coats:

As far as balancing, I never worried about it for my golf cart, too slow to matter. But I always wanted to buy one of these from Harbor Fright, for $70:

Perhaps for the cost and now often you change tires on either a golf cart or LSV, maybe just pay a car or motorcycle shop to do it?

I have the Northern Tool version of the “bubble balancer” and bead breaker, Tread Quarters and several other discount tire places here in Virginia Beach won’t touch the rims for they are aluminum and smaller than their machines will work on. I will keep looking, a few more days for local vender to change tires (255/50R10) if no one available, I can change out in the garage or drive out to Rick’s Carts (Suffolk) and have him do it, just don’t want to mess up the bead on the tires or scratch the rims.
