Rear Seat Install
Hi Guys, FANTASTIC SITE & MEMBERS!!!
I just got a stationary rear seat kit for my 99 CC DS and it came with "No Instructions". Does anyone have some install advise? it looks like i may need to cut the front seat back supports for the rear seat to bolt on. Is this the case?  |

Every kit I've ever installed has always included seat back mounts. If you didn't get them, then I would inquire with the seller or manufacture.

. . . as stated, seat kits normally come with a "new" bracket for mounting the front seat back and rear seat back, replacing existing seat back bracket . . . what was there originally, the golf bag holders? Does cart have roof on it because you should have "new" rear roof supports in the kit also . . .

I contacted my local cart shop and sure enough "several brackets, all the bolts & instructions" are missing. He is ordering me a new unit.
Yes it had the golf bag holder on it along with a top. The new kit does have the new top supports with it. Thanks alot to everyone at BGW for the wealth of information you share with us just starting with carts. |
