Tow Run switch?
I searched for this several ways but couldn't find an answer.
I've got a '91 Club Car DS that I'll be putting new batteries in soon. My son pulled the old batteries a couple years ago, and I've found instructions via Youtube, and here on putting in new ones. One thing I'm having trouble with is in all the instructions I've read there is a dire warning about making sure that the "tow/run" switch is set to tow "or the batteries could explode".
I've determined the type of setup and motor I have. It's the one with the coiled type of resistor group. 36 volt.
I cannot find a tow/run switch anywhere. Does my model even have this switch? Or do I just make sure that the forward/reverse is in neutral? I really don't want to blow myself up. That would kind of negate the purpose of repowering my Club Car.... :)

What batteries are you going to install? Asking for I went straight to Interstate battery dealer, vice Wal-Mart and other “distributers” and the battery dealer was much much less of a cost than all other places… I was happily surprised.
