Default 05 Precident help needed

I have an 05 that won't run at full speed. Let me start at the beging, last year I load tested my batteries and found one was bad but didn't have time to replace. I used it like this for two months, then about three months later I was at my ranch and found that I now had two bad batteries and it would not run at top speed. I tried to find some new batteries with no luck, so I put 4 new marine batteries in it. I only used these for one weekend because it wouldn't run at full speed. I just now put 4 new golf cart 12 volt batteries in and I am now having the same problem. I'm figuring I messed up something by running to low of voltage. I have read through this site and tried a few things, when the cart rolls backward while in forward the buzzer goes off. I tried reseting the OSB twice and the buzzer never made a sound so I'm not sure it worked. I went back and cleaned all my connections and greased them. I would appeciate any help, I have ordered a manual but I would like to get it running this week. Thanks in advace.

Yes it will start out like it should but drops off to about half speed, I don't know the MPH but it feels like around 7 or so.

I pulled the speed senser off and it ran the same way, I'm not sure how to test it. I have acess to hundreds of golf carts like this so I will trade one out tomorrow and see if thats the problem. I did remember one thing I got my lawn mower got stuck and I used it to pull it out and it never ran right sense then.

Did you happen to stall your cart when pulling the lawn tractor out? Not sure if this would cause that but stalling a sepex motor is not good.

Someone can explain it better then me but basically when you stall a sepex motor all that energy is still present and needs to be released. So when you stall a sepex motor and you still have the pedal depressed, the motor is receiving all the energy but can't release it so one thing it will do is burn up a motor. As far as any other issues cause by this I'm not sure and will let someone else chime in.
