New Batteries Required ?

New to golf carts and I think I need a new set of batteries.
07 Club Car Precedent 4/12 volts
This is voltages after charge and 12 hour rest.

Pack 49.2 under load 44.5
Bat 1= 12.3 under load 11.2
Bat 2= 12.4 under load 11.4
Bat 3= 12.3 under load 11.3
Bat 4= 11.7 under load 10.3

After about 1 1/2 miles the cart barely has enough power to get back to the house on fairly flat ground @ the coast.

Any opions would be appreciated.

you have answered your own question, yes you need a set of batteries......if you want more confirmation test all cells with hydrometer........................
