Default Alltrax Install in club car

I recently replaced a bad controller in my 2000 Club Car DS cart. It was an Altrax 4844 and that is what the replacement is as well. Thought I hooked everything up the same and it works however intermittently it will not go.

Just got a new HD solenoid so I was looking inside the compartment and noticed a black wire with eyelet located under the controller and connected to the frame. I am thinking just maybe this should be connected to terminal B-

Anyone else know if this is correct? Should the alltrax be grounded to the frame?

Thanks in advance for any help on this.

Looked at this closer and it is not grounded to the frame, it runs through the frame to the front of the cart to a wiriing harness and then who knows where, almost sure I missed it and needs to go to B-.
