Default 48v turf 2 cart battery problems

I have a 48v turf 2 car and when I charge the batteries I am getting 56 volts on the charge. After the charger cycles off I have 42v at the controller. When I hit the gas peddle the motor bucks and has no power. When I check the voltage with the peddle down the voltage goes down to 32v. I also tried to reset the controller. The amperage on the charger is around 4. I have 6 8 volt batteries. I just cleaned the terminals and wires. Not sure what else to do

Just tested batteries with the pedal down and cart trying to go. The 1 st battery I am getting less than 5 volts all the other batteries are about the same with about 7.5 volts, so I will see about changing that battery

One bad battery will drag the whole pack down.
