Default what is it with these regen carts

iv'e read several post about the cart just going dead. i'm having the same problem with my 99 so i changed the obc,contoller and the silinoid and it has new batts still dead as a hammer at least before i changed everything the silinoid was clicking. now nothing the reverse buzzer was working after i changed everything but i rebooted the obc now nothing.

also when i rebooted the computer the buzzer did not sound.

Welcome to the forum burton.......................

It sure sounds more like bad battery connections than anything else. Check the cables, tug and pull on them. Only One bad or dirty connection can cause the problem you are dealing with.

I might add..................

Loose and dirty battery connections are the "number one problem" that golf carts aquire.

Number two is bad batteries.

i guess that would explain why the buzzer would not sound when i tried to reboot my new obc, there has to be a bad connection.

Yup....... Chances are....... you will fix it with tightening cables and cleaning them if they look corroded.

have you tried charging the cart? if charger works than charge up the cart and take voltage readings when your done, also load test batteries to see what they do under load.................post your voltage readings here and take a reading from the entire pack post all#,s...........................................8 )

i got mine going cleaned and double checked all connections.i don't know what connection was bad because all of them looked good but as long as it is running i'm happy.
