Default 2005 Club Car stopped in the middle of the fairway.

I have new batteries and cables. They are all tight and clean. Car was running good. It just stopped. It was a hot day 106-110 and the heat index was very high. The batteries had plenty of water and are well charged. Reverse warning buzzer works.

I cannot hear a click or anything. I have depressed the accelerator petal slowly trying to hear some type of click coming from a selonoid but cannot.

i would say first the reverse forward switch is in the middle position but you said the reverse buzzer works,,,,,,,,,,,, i would check the reverse switch and the solenoid as common things that are easy to check. good luck ,paul

I believe it is the solenoid. The car actually moved a little. and then quit. I had not touched the reverse switch and it was still in the forward position.

Do you know if you can buy the correct solenoid at an auto parts store or if it needs to be from Club Car? And the most important question. Where is the solemoid located?

Thanks
