2000 club car electric
HI guys hoping someone can help, i have a 2000 club car when accelerating will hit max speed then surges on full throttle 3/4 throttle all is fine
also noticed reverse buzzer cuts in when power dies then off again as power comes back on, im lost any advise... besides a gallon of petrol splashed over it |

Hi Shadowman as far as i can tell its a DS Sepex style with IQ
Serial number A0043-950457 Does this help? Ive tried another accel pod under floor( dont know how good test one is) Batteries good, tried relearn, fitted an old speed controller it didnt work at all All parts swapped from broken cart to same model with good frame Cart was not operating when i accuired it |

I have a 2000 DS also that cuts in and out and sometimes will not go at all when the pedal is pushed but after several pushes of th epedal it engages.
Is this potential speed sensor and by this do you mean the v-glide? |

no theres a speed sensor in motor, look at front of motor you,ll see it........................

lift the seat and take a peek at front of motor if you have a 3 wire plug going to it thats for speed sensor.......sorry but i just got a phone call from a real good buddy who got home from work last night to find his wife deceased ..............just sitting in a chair unresponsive and they are both early 50,s................so my head isn,t where it should be but take a look if its there you can,t miss it.......................................
