Default Update on my stuttering CC Precedent

Ok, so here is some more information to help diagnose the problem. When I put the pedal to floor after charging the cart, I get going down the road and the cart starts to stutter slightly when I reach top speed. It is small and quick stutters where the motor sounds like it shuts off for literally a split second and then kicks back on.

The new info is that it seems to do it more when the cart is fully charged, ie. on the way to the course it stutters. After 18 holes the cart rides just fine on the way back to the house. The cart doesn't appear to be noticeably slower, but it likely is after 18 holes. So is this an MCOR issue or a speed sensor issue? I have seen on here that I can "clean" the MCOR to see if it helps, but I can't find any instructions on how to pull the MCOR out to be cleaned. Thanks for the help.

. . you can clean the connector on the MCOR, but not the internal "stuff" of an MCOR as it is a sealed unit . . . some have cut open the MCOR unit with mixed results . . .

I had a similar problem with stuttering, but it was on acceleration and turned out to be the MCOR. Have you tested the speed sensor?
