Default 96 48 volt wont move

Hello,
I have a 96 club car 48 volt cart that won't move. The batteries all test out well and are less than a year old. When the key is turned on solonoid clicks and power is to both posts. when I put the rocker switch in reverse it does buzz, the cart just wont move. The computer is 2 months old and i jumped the motor and it did turn (slow but I only had 1 8 volt battery to it. I do not have a wiring diagram and do not now how to test the speed controller.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please

try jumping the main solenoid see if cart runs.....its the one without resistor coil........follow pos cable from #1 battery and it leads to your main solenoid......make sure you have batteries in and tested load tested as it only takes one to stop cart..............................

I was unable to open the link for some reason, run time error.
I jumped the solonoid (only have one) and it did nothing. All wires coming off the solonoid do have 48 volts, as a matter of fact they have 48 volts when the key is off?
Is there an easy way to test the speed controller?
