Shadowman and Scotty,

I was looking up my motor which is GE 5.5 hp at 5700 rpm. Funny but it says 48 volt (or 36 volt) so they must agree that a 36 volt motor will perform better in a 48 volt system. I also have an Alltrax Axe 400 amp controller.

On a sidenote I am about to upgrade my Precedent with a 7 hp at 5106 rpm sepex motor and 500 amp alltrax controller but I doubt it will be as fast as my DS cart, I will let you know.
